This is an Invitation to everyone to come into a sacred space of unity to share our prayers, our songs, our drum beats and celebrate the completion of another cycle giving each other the gift of presence, gratitude and love.
This year has been full of experiences and reflections that have brought so many deep lessons, inner healing and living wisdom. The importance of celebrating yourself for your resilience through the adversities of life is as important as going through them itself. Honouring the strength, acknowledging the growth and opening to the gratitude and joy of being alive.

I am excited to welcome you all into the next offerings of Sacred Rhythm for Women. I am inviting you to connect with the spirit of the drum and embrace drumming as a profound spiritual practice to connect you with your deepest core, the self.
This immersions will help you become more present in the here and now, and create a close relationship with your breath and your heart beat.
Drumming has been used since ancient times as a way to connect with the spirit of nature and it is well known for its endless holistic benefits. Drumming bonds the community together in peace and unity. It is a tool that grounds and empowers the self, and the community, with the Life force. It is an inner doorway into alter states of consciousness - and it connects us to the Divine source of energy.
Our connection with rhythm goes to the very origin of our creation as we are all formed inside our mothers womb under her constant heart beat. Bringing the rhythm into your life will take you back to your very essence, the space of inner peace and and the warmth of your mother's beating heart ~ it will bring you home.
FOUR SACRED ELEMENTS ~ FOUR SACRED RHYTHMS:
To bring the balance within that keeps us in harmony, we need to be in tune with Mother Nature and its different energies and cycles. To do this, I have put together four rhythms that relate to the four elements - earth, water, fire and air. By practicing these rhythms, you can embody their healing qualities.
MY JOURNEY WITH THE DRUM:
Drumming has been in my life for over 20 years when I went to Ghana and spent over a decade studying from tribal masters. It has always been part of my spiritual practice ~ indeed my greatest teacher. My inner growth and self discovery evolves from getting lost into hypnotic rhythms and navigate through the states of trance.
I have shared and built community around the powerful gifts of the drumming and dancing and it always has the same uplifting effect on other people. I believe this is the time to come together with the 'Sacred heart beat 'of the drum for world peace and healing.
I am looking forward to share with you in person or online. I am pretty sure, like me, you will fall in love with rhythm and keep it with you for ever...if you haven't already!!

Do I need any experience?
Anyone can join. No previous experience required.
What do I need
A drum, or anything you can use to tap with your hands. Even a pillow makes a great drum. You can also hire a drum from me for the course for an additional fee.
Can I have access to the sessions if I can't join live?
Yes, sessions will be saved and you can watch on your own time.
Will I be able to connect with other sisters?
Yes, you will be able to connect and exchange your journey through our private group in Facebook.
Can I ask questions about my journey?
Yes. Keep a special journal during the 8 weeks and prepare your question to share on our live sessions. Most likely there will be many others having same questions and it will be good to share them in the collective.
Do I need to practice every day?
It's up to you. Ideally, to get the most of this journey I encourage you to commit a minimum of 15 minutes of your day for movement Make it as your sacred space to connect with your heart and for your personal spiritual growth.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes. You can pay in full or in two monthly instalments upon request.

Do you give refunds?
15 days full refund guaranteed if you are not satisfied with my course. I believe this course will give you a good foundation in rhythm and will be a journey that will bring you joy and depth in your practice and you will want more once is finished. But if not, I am happy to refund you your full amount if the request is made before 27th of May. After that, we consider you part of the program.
