Retreats
- The deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable.
- By making a booking and paying for the deposit you agree to pay the full remaining balance of the retreat 3 weeks before the retreat starts.
- If you can no longer attend the retreat, you can find someone to replace you on the retreat but unfortunately, I can’t offer refunds on the deposit.
- In the case of the retreat needing to be moved by me, your booking will be moved to the next date.
Online Courses
The guidance and practices in this course should not be used in place of medical guidance or treatment. If you have any medical or psychological considerations please ensure you are seeking the proper medical advice. If you are unsure whether you should join this course, please consult a medical practitioner. You hold the responsibility to look after your own physical, emotional and mental health during this course.
- I cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
- If you have opted for a split payment, your second payment will be automatically taken 1 month (28 days) later.
One to Ones
- All sessions purchased must be used within 3 months of the purchase date.
- Appointments can be booked up to 24 hours in advance.
- If you need an appointment within 24 hours then please contact directly.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment - please reschedule by using the link provided in your appointment confirmation email.
- I cannot reschedule within 24 hours.
- If you would like to keep your appointment credit to use another time then you must reschedule your appointment. If you choose to cancel without rescheduling then you will lose your appointment credit.
- I cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
- I reserve the right to cancel a session at any time. I will only cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances and you would receive a full refund or the chance to reschedule.
- I can’t refund or reschedule you for no-show or missed appointments.
Multiple sessions
When you purchase a set of sessions (such as Sacred Womb x 6), you don't have to book your sessions all at once but they do need to be booked within 3 months. Please book the second and third sessions with my directly.
Notes:
- These terms and conditions may be updated after time of booking. In this case, the updates will apply to all bookings. For events set up by a third party, please contact them directly for their terms and conditions.
- It is your responsibility to inform me of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or trauma at the start of every appointment.
- Your healing is your own responsibility
- I am not doctor and can’t diagnose or treat specific conditions
Events
- Workshops that are not administered by me are administered by the venue, which have their own terms and conditions you will need to refer to.
Refunds & Cancellations
- I cannot offer refunds or cancellations for events or retreats, if you know someone who would like to take your place please get in touch with me directly
- If I need to cancel an event due to Covid-19 or a change in government advice, you will receive a full refund.
COVID-19 Guidance
By booking a place at an event or retreat you agree that:
- You will only come if you are feeling healthy and well, and have not been experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19
- Only come if you do not have someone vulnerable in your household or social bubble (the group of people with whom you have close physical contact)
- Only come if you do not have someone who is isolating in your household or social bubble
- Allow your contact details to be held by Chloe Isidora for 21 days for the purpose of COVID-19 Track and Trace
- Abide by Government guidelines current at the time of the event with regards to public behaviour around COVID-19 (social distancing etc)
- If you have experienced any COVID Symptoms you should self isolate for 10 days
