Join us for a very special collaboration between Regina and K.O.G bringing to London Kusum, an empowering and healing experience with the ancient medicine of African rhythms and movement.
Kusum is a deep dive, immersive therapeutic workshop influenced by the 'Ubuntu' way of life meaning ' I am because you are'.
At Kusum we immerse ourselves through a series of creative explorations including working with the medicine music, dance and breath.supporting a cathartic release, creating a transformative experience of deep letting go, moving into a peaceful and transcendental space accessing parts of yourself you may never knew existed.

Come and join Regina and Chloe for a day of pure celebration as we gather and embrace joy, movement, singing, nature, music, summer and ceremony!
The summer solstice tide celebration pulls us together for a day of laughter, singing & dancing.
We'll spend time in nature together revitalising our spirits and souls and inviting beautiful, light, restorative and clearing energy into our lives. We'll explore our innate sensual energy and capacity for self-love & self-care.
We'll eat nourishing, home-cooked vegetarian food and share in sound and ceremony. This is a day for laughter and exploring joy in nature and each other's company!
Let's weave a day of magic, celebration and joy into our lives and the lives of those around us.
Come dressed in whatever it means to be wearing your 'best' while being comfortable and cosy. It's always worth bringing an extra layer. You're welcome to bring an offering for our Midsummer altar and we recommend bringing some swimwear in case you fancy a dip. You may also like to bring a crystal or sacred item to add to the altar.
The day will be held in Edenbridge, Kent, a 10-minute taxi or car drive from Oxted train station. When you book on you'll receive full details and the address of the event.

If we need to move the event due to restrictions you'll be asked if you can attend the new date, if you can't you'll be sent a refund or asked if you'd like to gift your space to someone else.

This is the moment for renewal and abundance, for love and expansion, a precious time for the community to come together to give thanks and bring our offerings to Mother Earth, to the creator, to our ancestors and to set intentions to anchor the creative flow for the months ahead.
For this uplifting ceremony you are invited you to bring a drum and rattle (optional) to play and unite with the sacred rhythm of the heart beat and empower through the fire of truth, the fire of Shiva. We will commune with the medicine of Cacao to open our heart and dance our prayers to the cosmos.

On this auspicious day Regina is also releasing the long waited track 'Fuego Sagrado ~ Om Nama Shivayah' and invites everyone to celebrate and welcome this Sacred Rhythm for the element of fire.
