Regina invites to celebrate the last online full moon ceremony of 2021 together!! 

Bring your drums, your dancing feet and all your fire, as we get ready to close another transformational cycle and open into the new one with a light and open heart full of inspiration.

She brings a special gathering to connect with the 'sacred rhythms' of the elements, and together bring our gratitude to life and mother Earth, to connect with the powerful spirit of the drum and the joyful wisdom of the  medicine plant of Cacao. 

We will to set our  intentions and let go of everything that no longer serve us. Let us unite in prayer for healing, peace and love to everyone and with deep care for those that have lost loved ones. Let us honour all the ones that have pass over and send love and light as they dance through the stars. Let us rise, open to joy and feel the divine connection to source that uplifts us  and revitalise us.

What to bring

• Ceremonial drink of Cacao or herbal drink to connect to plant medicine
• Drums and Rattles
• Candle
• Incense, Smudge herbs
• Glass of water
• Feather
• Dress up, 
• Women long dress or long skirt.

Please avoid consuming cacao if you are taking SSRI’s - (Cacao releases serotonin, so it works as a mild anti-depressant. When taken with SSRI’s that release serotonin chemically it can lead to serotonin syndrome). 

We suggest that pregnant woman and people with heart or high blood pressure medication should avoid it if they are caffeine sensitive. (if your are ok drinking coffee you are able to drink cacao).
